As the name implies, this type of enclosure invokes the style of a lean-to conservatory to cover a pool which is relatively close to the house and whose length runs parallel to it. Or, it can be just to enclose an area of the patio for when the weather is poor, and telescope open for when it the conditions are more agreeable. This style of lean-to structure can be in any roof shape to compliment your garden and its surroundings.
The lean-to or against a wall structure is attached to a building or your home with a receiving channel – with one element staying permanently in place. The other elements can retract back off the pool or patio giving an open-air space when the weather permits.
Popular installations for the lean-to or against wall enclosures have been attached to a home gym, summerhouse with changing rooms/toilets or games room in the garden or near where the pool is located…. giving family and friends another entertaining space away from the house. As with our free-standing structures, you have the choice of roof shape, door style and size, opening options and colour to decide on. As well as manual opening we offer motorised for that little bit of luxury!
